solution if the part has complex geometries or must meet rigorous industry standards. Even if a reliable machine shop is secured, traditional approaches still involve added cost, time, and the chances for error. In some cases, it may take up to 60 days to have the part in hand when using traditional manufacturing methods. And the process itself can be laborious because it depends upon obtaining a design of the original part.
